BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – Insurance Commissioner Jon Godfread orders Silverberry Group and WoundScribe AI to stop doing business in North Dakota.
He says they have been soliciting investments without being properly registered with the state.
Silverberry group is a medical artificial intelligence technology company. It converted to WoundScribe AI in 2025.
The North Dakota Insurance and Securities Department issued the order to protect investors.
“North Dakotans are not immune to investment fraud and scams,” Godfread said. “Our department is here to help residents who encounter potential investment-related issues.”
The companies have a right to a hearing with Godfread.
