FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Horace man has died after crashing his motorcycle into a vehicle in Fargo on September 20.
A GoFundMe fundraiser for 36-year-old Steve Smiley says he was pronounced brain dead and died on Wednesday at Sanford Medical Center.
An Honor Walk was held on Saturday.
Highway Patrol says Smiley drove through a red light before hitting the vehicle at Main Avenue and University Drive around 4 a.m. He was thrown from his bike and wasn’t wearing a helmet.
The people in the vehicle weren’t hurt.
