Matraccia Lague. (Becker County Jail)
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KFGO/KBRF) – A Detroit Lakes woman has been charged with burglary for breaking into her neighbor’s house and assaulting her.
Becker county prosecutors say Detroit lakes police were called to a house on Minnesota Avenue for a report of a domestic incident. When officers arrived, they saw Matraccia Lague, 29, follow another woman and throw her to the ground.
Police learned that Lague became upset because she believed the woman was having an affair with the father of Lague’s children. Lague then broke into the victim’s house next door and assaulted her.
Lague is facing charges of 1st degree burglary and misdemeanor assault.
