BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A North Dakota parolee is back in jail after officers found approximately 1,000 fentanyl pills in their hotel room.
North Dakota Parole and Probation officers arrested the parolee on May 3 in a Bismarck hotel room.
“DOCR Parole Officers continue to work hard to get these dangerous substances out of our communities,” said Tom Erhardt, Chief Parole and Probation Officer. “We will always respond with swift action when the behavior of an individual on supervision puts the community at risk.”
Parole, Probation, and Pretrial Services officers were part of more more than 400 investigations in 2023. Officers confiscated more than 16 pounds of narcotics and 37 illegal firearms.
