Road Closed
WADENA, Minn. (KFGO) – A section of Highway 10 west of Wadena has reopened after it was closed much of Friday.
A semi-truck transporting cattle ran off the road and overturned, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 6:30 a.m. following reports of a single-vehicle rollover. First responders found a semi-truck and trailer carrying livestock flipped off the side of the highway. The driver of the vehicle escaped without injury.
Officers closed Highway 10 in both directions west of Wadena as emergency personnel, towing services, and recovery crews work to clear the scene, secure the livestock, and remove the overturned rig.
Traffic in the area was detoured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
