EUCLID, Minn. (KFGO) – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says nobody was injured after a train hit a utility trailer Wednesday morning in Euclid, Minnesota.
The Sheriff’s Office says they received the report at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. When deputies arrived, they found the driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer did not suffer injuries in the crash. They declined medical care.
The train was headed south on the tracks near the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and 133rd St SW when it struck and damaged the trailer. The train was not damaged and the operators were not injured.
Crookston Fire, Crookston Area Ambulance and the Minnesota State Patrol assisted the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at the crash.
