NORTH DAKOTA (KFGO) – The numbers are in for North Dakota’s Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over enforcement campaign from Aug. 14 through Sept. 7.
Nearly 370 citations were handed out, 54 DUI arrests were made, 15 citations were made for minor in possession or consumption and nine citations were given for open container. Five drug related arrests were also made.
State officials say one alcohol crash happens every 15 hours in North Dakota.
