FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police are investigating a homicide after officers found a body inside a Fargo apartment Monday afternoon.
Officers were called to an apartment complex in the 1800 block on 34th street south around 4:25 p.m. Monday for a welfare check.
Police say they found a deceased person inside the apartment and believe the death was the result of a homicide. The suspect is identified as Brandon George, 42, of Fargo.
George was arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol outside of Lincoln Tuesday morning. Police say the victim and suspect knew each other.
The investigation is ongoing.
