FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – A Fargo man is sentenced after pleading guilty to stealing over $35,000 from JL Beers in downtown Fargo.
Thirty-year-old Cameron Wheeler was charged with a Class B felony for theft in January.
He stole the money while employed as a manager.
Wheeler was given 45 days with credit for two days served and ordered to pay $25,000 in restitution. He will also be on probation for two years.
Court records show Wheeler told investigators that he was, “going through some mental stuff” and admitted to stealing “a couple grand”.
