Daniel Garbow, 39 (Cass County Jail)
MOORHEAD (KFGO) – Moorhead Police have arrested Daniel Garbow, 39, in connection with a shooting in Moorhead earlier this month.
Police arrested Garbow Sunday night at an apartment in the 400 block of Sunrise Circle in Moorhead.
Officers used a search warrant as part of the investigation into shooting in South Moorhead on September 1st.
A regional SWAT team from Grand Forks helped police make the arrest because of safety concerns.
Garbow was taken into custody without incident.
Police said earlier this month the shooting was not random and that the people involved knew each other.
The victim was treated and at last report was in stable condition.
“I want to thank the Grand Forks Regional SWAT team for their prompt and professional response,” Moorhead Police Department Chief Helmick said. “We appreciate their willingness to step in and support our officers; their involvement helped ensure everyone went home safely.”
Moorhead Police say the investigation remains active and no other information is being released at this time.
