MOORHEAD, Minn. (KFGO) – There’s a big road closure in front of a Moorhead school on the first day of classes.
40th Ave. S. from 14th to 20th Sts. S. is shut down for the day on Monday, August 31.
Work is being done on a roundabout near Reinertsen Elementary after nine-year-old Adam Amin was struck and killed by a city truck in July 2025.
The driver, Victor Port is charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and operating the truck without a proper license.
