FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – The man accused in the downtown Fargo shootings one year ago is pleading not guilty. Jayvon Allen, 22, plead not guilty yesterday to charges of murder, reckless endangerment and aggravated assault.
Azeem Holmes was killed in the shootings and two people were injured, one was hospitalized in critical condition.
Allen was arrested in Minneapolis in June, his next court appearance is scheduled for later this month.
