FARGO (KFGO) A Fargo man accused of killing two of his passengers in a car crash in north Fargo pleaded not guilty Wednesday morning.
Holden Lee, 19, is facing two charges of vehicular homicide and one charge of reckless endangerment.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Lee is responsible for a crash along 10th Street North last October. One passenger died at the hospital, and the other was pronounced brain dead and died a few days after the crash.
A video from Lee’s phone showed the car going more than 90 mph and swerving across both lanes just before the crash, according to charging documents. Lee had a BAC nearly 1.5-times higher than the legal limit.
His next court appearance is August 19.
