FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man has been arrested for allegedly spraying blood at hospital staff. Court documents say Fargo Police were called to Essentia Health hospital on 32nd Ave just after 5 p.m. Monday.
Hospital staff told officers Chaderick Warneke was threatening to kill them and spraying his blood on staff. Officers found Warneke in a hospital bed with blood on his arms and hands, he was reportedly upset about care he had received at the hospital. A security officer told police Warneke flung blood and hit his arm.
Warneke was removed from the hospital and arrested. He faces felony charges for contact of bodily fluid on hospital staff.
