MOORHEAD (KFGO-KVRR) – Moorhead City Council has approved a tax break on a new Essentia Health Urgent Care facility in downtown Moorhead.
Essentia plans to spend just over $8 million dollars to renovate the former Wells Fargo building to include family medicine, urgent care, radiology, lab services, physical therapy and a pharmacy.
The 15 year tax exemption will apply to the new property value and equals around $576,000.
The current land and building will still be taxable.
