PERHAM, Minn. (KFGO/KBRF) – A North Dakota man is in custody after breaking into a home in Perham. Jonathan Allard, 44, of Mandan was arrested after a homeowner told police that someone had broken into their house.
Prosecutors say the man was watching TV in his living room, when allard came through the front door and forced his way into the home.
When police arrived, an officer saw allard walking away from the home. They had dealt with him earlier in the day, after he was harassing other people at a McDonald’s. Allard is facing burglary charges.
