FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KFGO/KBRF) – A Fergus Falls man is facing charges for breaking an office window at an apartment building.
Police were called to an apartment building Sunday morning on a report of the broken window. Security footage showed Spencer Harrison, 33, throwing his sandal at an office window, before punching and breaking it. The footage also shows Harrison throwing a rock at a door in the building. Harrison told police he did not know what happened to the window.
Harrison was taken into custody and is facing charges of criminal damage to property. The estimated damage is at least 15-hundred dollars.
