FARGO (KFGO) — A man seen pointing a gun at people in south Fargo Sunday morning is in jail.
Police were called to the 2100 block of 17th Street South around 10:50 a.m. and established a perimeter to contain the man.
After about an hour, 62-year-old Kevin Byzewski of Fargo was taken into custody without incident.
Byzewski is facing a terrorizing charge.
Officers executed a search warrant at his home after his arrest and processed the scene for evidence related to the crime.
