The Red River Valley is filled with heroes. From police to firefighters, teachers, military and so many more. These amazing individuals deserve to be recognized and Froggy 99.9 wants to be the first to salute them! Just submit your information and the hero you are nominating below.

Works a full time job, volunteers with the Dilworth Fire Department and even with all that still helps maintain the home life with our 2 amazing children on the nights when I too am at my second job. He is always there for us and we wouldn't know what to do with out him!"
