FARGO (KFGO) – Two adults and one infant have serious injuries after an early-morning t-bone crash in south Fargo.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 40-year-old man from Fargo was driving an SUV northbound on 45th Street just after 6:30 a.m. He entered the intersection at 40th Avenue South and hit a car being driven by a 24-year-old woman from Fargo.
A 28-year-old woman and a 5-month-old infant were in the back seat of the SUV.
First responders on scene say neither of the passengers were wearing safety restraints. They suffered serious injuries and were taken to the hospital.
The 24-year-old driving the car was wearing her seatbelt, but also suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The driver of the SUV was not hurt.
The crash report says the roads were snow-covered and there was blowing snow at the time of the crash.
The Highway Patrol is investigating possible charges against the driver of the SUV.
