BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A Minot man was arrested Saturday in connection to a murder earlier this month.
Minot Police say Chozey Morsette, 30, was arrested by Bismarck police for the November 7 murder of Anthony Redmond in northeast Minot.
Police asked the publics help in locating Morsette earlier this week.
“We want to thank the community for their cooperation and the information they provided throughout this investigation,” said Minot Deputy Chief Dale Plessas. “Our investigative team worked tirelessly to follow up on every lead, and the support from the public played an important role in helping us identify and apprehend the suspect. We also want to express our appreciation to the Bismarck Police Department for their assistance during this arrest.”
Morsette is charged with Murder and currently being held in the Burleigh-Morton Detention Center.
