Ethan Perales (Richland County Jail)
HANKINSON, N.D. (KFGO) – A Hankinson man is in jail after a crash in southeastern North Dakota left him and another man with minor injuries Monday night.
The crash happened just after 8 p.m. at the intersection of Roberts County Road 2 in South Dakota and Richland County Road 1E just east of Dakota Magic Casino.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Office says Ethan Perales, 19, was driving from South Dakota into North Dakota when he lost control of his car while taking a curve. The car went into the north ditch and rolled at least one time and landed upside down.
Both Perales and a 19-year-old man riding with him were able to get out of the car on their own. They were treated at the scene.
Perales was arrested for DUI and booked into the Richland County Jail in Wahpeton.
