MINNEAPOLIS — An 18-year-old man is facing multiple charges following a Sept. 18 shooting on the University of Minnesota campus.
The charges include reckless discharge of a firearm, threats of violence, and carrying a pistol without a permit. Police responded to reports of gunfire outside Rapson Hall last Thursday. Officers recovered two 10 mm shell casings on the sidewalk near the scene.
No injuries were reported, but it prompted the evacuation of around 300 people from the building.
