BRAINERD, Minn. – The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a grass fire and the death of a Brainerd woman.
Deputies responded to a report of a grass fire near a residence and a possible death around 12:15 p.m. Sunday in Crow Wing Township. Deputies found the 65-year-old homeowner dead, near a lawnmower. No other injuries or structural damage were reported.
The fire is under investigation.
