FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A man arrested in Georgia in November for a Fargo homicide last summer was back in court in Fargo this week.
Judge John Irby determined there is enough evidence in the case of Leo Dartoe, 34, to proceed to trial. Dartoe has pleaded not guilty. A trial date has not been set.
Dartoe is charged with murder for the shooting death of Sampson Bleh last August. He also faces weapon and drug charges.
Another man, Geettoe Kamara, is accused of taking fentanyl pills from Bleh’s pockets after Bleh was shot in the chest.
Kamara was later charged with accomplice to murder, but the charge was dismissed in December.
