
FARGO (KFGO) – One person was hurt and a juvenile was arrested after a shooting at a south Fargo apartment building Tuesday night.
Fargo Police say officers were called to a report of a shooting in the 2500 block of 15th Street S.
The officers say two juvenile males at a party got into a fight in a hallway. When someone from a neighboring unit tried breaking up the fight, that person was hit by gunfire.
The shooter left before officers arrived.
The gunshot victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Three other people were treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries from the fight.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Department K-9 unit and Metro Area Street Crimes Unit was called to assist with the investigation.
Officers later arrested the juvenile suspect at his Glyndon home around 3:20 a.m. this Wednesday morning for aggravated assault with a firearm.
