FARGO (KFGO) – A Perham, Minnesota man is charged with felony terrorizing after being accused of holding a woman against her will and threatening to kill her at a Fargo hotel.
Court records say police responded to the hotel last week where the woman told them Jamie Frazee took her phone, keys, purse, and SUV, and left her in the room.
The woman said she had been dating Frazee, but they broke up a month ago. The two met in Fargo and booked a room. The next day, the two went fishing and hiking, but later when the woman told Frazee she was going home, she says he “flipped.”
After that, the woman says the two began driving around Fargo. She says Frazee tried to put a cigarette out on her face and put a knife to her throat about a half-dozen times.
The two went back to the hotel where Frazee used the woman’s credit card to book another night at the hotel.
The woman says Frazee physically forced her to stay the night with him, take a shower while he watched, and told her he wanted to kill and dismember her.
Officers say the woman had a red mark on her cheek where Frazee tried to burn her with a cigarette and had a knot on her forehead where he hit her with her own cell phone.
Frazee denied anything physical happened with the woman. Officers say they found a knife in the SUV matching the description of the one the woman said Frazee held to her throat.
Frazee is in the Cass County jail.
