GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – Charges are pending review at the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s office following the murder of Anthony Kiehl last Thursday.
Yesterday, the Grand Forks Police Department announced they now have located and taken into custody two people of interest in the case. Donald Joseph Bartlette 45, and Nicholas Wride-Arnold 35, both of Grand Forks are in custody. Bartlette faces a murder charge and Wride-Arnold is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
This is still an active and on-going investigation, with no other charges at this point.
Last Thursday night at 9:06, officers responded to a 911 call reporting 49-year-old Anthony Kiehl unresponsive at a home on Cherry Street. Upon arrival, police discovered Anthony James Kiehl with suspicious injuries.
Life-saving measures were attempted, Kiehl was transported to Altru Hospital, where he later died.
