WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – An election administrator in Florida says 257 electronic ballots will be re-sent to overseas voters because the name of Gov. Tim Walz was misspelled.
The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections says the ballots showed the Democratic candidate for vice president’s name as “Tom” Walz. The office learned about the error less than 18 hours after the Tom Walz ballots were sent last Friday.
The office blames the ballot vendor for the mistake.
