ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesotans can begin casting ballots Friday for the November general election. Secretary of State Steve Simon says there are three ways to vote in the state.
“First is early by mail where you order the ballot to come to you. Second is early in-person typically at a city or county office in that early voting period. And third of course, is in-person on Election Day at a designated polling place.”
Simon says Minnesota led the nation in voter turnout in the three of the last four elections and wants to return to number one again this year.
