RANSOM COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) – The names of those involved in a three-vehicle crash on State Highway 32 near Llisbon, North Dakota Tuesday afternoon have been released.
Jerry Rufsvold, 67, of Lisbon was airlifted to a Fargo hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was waiting to turn onto another roadway when his vehicle was rear-ended and pushed into the opposite lane by another car.
That driver, Ambel Patel, 37, of Oakes, North Dakota was charged with DUI and criminal vehicular injury.
Patel and the driver of another car involved in the crash, Jacob Urbach of Lisbon, were not injured.
