HOFFMAN, Minn. (KFGO) – The Grant County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are releasing more information about a robbery at Casey’s in Hoffman.
The robbery happened Thursday around 1:30 p.m. when a man asked the clerk to make change and when the clerk opened the register, the man tried to grab the register’s tray. The clerk tried to stop him, but the suspect grabbed money from the tray and fled on foot.
The man was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with dark colored pants, and white Nike tennis shoes. He was wearing a dark ring on his left hand, had dark colored wristbands, a watch, and appears to be pigeon-toed.
The vehicle he fled in is a green or dark-colored Chrysler 300M with damage to the left front fender.
