According to the North Dakota Department of Agriculture, The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has issued a ruling that immediately bans the registrations of Xtendimax, FeXapan and Engenia, products used in over-the-top applications on Dicamba-tolerant soybeans and cotton. This action makes it illegal for producers to use the product.
