WILLISTON, N.D. (KFGO) – Five people from Williston, including two girls under one year old were injured in a two vehicle crash in Williston Thursday afternoon.
According to the Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Anna Blazicevich failed to yield when entering a roundabout and her SUV struck a second SUV. The second SUV, driven by 27-year-old Katelund Cooper, rolled and ended up on its roof.
Blazicevich’s vehicle spun and caught fire.
Blazicevich, Cooper, and a 24-year-old woman suffered serious injuries. A nine-month-old girl and a four-month-old girl each suffered minor injuries. All five were taken by ambulance to CHI St. Alexius in Williston.
Blazicevich was arrested for Criminal Vehicular Injury.
The crash remains under investigation.
