FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man who was driving a mini-van that collided with a car, killing a woman in West Fargo, has been released from a hospital.
30-year-old Sabastijan Tahirovic is in the Cass County Jail.
28-year-old Saphyre Johnson of Bemidji was driving the car when the van struck the car at high speed at the intersection of 19th Ave. and 9th St East on June 28. Johnson had a green light and was going through the intersection. Tahirovic suffered serious injuries. He’s charged with vehicular homicide, driving with a suspended license and drug possession.
Johnson was a licensed practical nurse at the Beltrami County Jail. She was in Fargo to take her registered nurse exam.
