OWATONNA, Minn. – The Owatonna Police Department is asking for help locating a suspect in the shooting death of a woman found under an I-35 bridge overpass.
According to officers, Jason Lee Horner, 38, is accused of killing 25-year-old Sabrina Schnoor of Elysian.
Schnoor died of a single gunshot wound and was found on Tuesday.
Horner is described as white, 6’3”, weighs around 215 pounds, has short brown hair and hazel eyes. He also has tattoos on his arms, hands and legs.
Horner is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
