FARGO (KFGO) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation has reopened both I-29 and I-94.
The DOT is still advising no travel in some areas of southern North Dakota.
In Minnesota, the DOT and State Patrol have lifted all travel advisories.
Winds of 20-30 mph and gusts to 40 mph forced the closures and advisories late yesterday afternoon.
