FARGO (KFGO) – Roads are again icy in the F-M metro and beyond Wednesday morning.
Minnesota State Patrol Sgt. Jesse Grabow says troopers in West Central Minnesota responded to 22 crashes in an 11-hour span between 3pm Tuesday and 2am Wednesday. Grabow says an additional 18 other vehicles spun out/ran off road requiring tow assistance, including a jack-knifed semi truck.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is reporting scattered ice and traffic moving at reduced speeds on both I-94 and I-29 in and around the Metro.
Authorities are advising using caution both in town, particularly at intersections, and on the interstates and highways, including driving at slower speeds, avoiding using cruise control and wearing your seat belt.
