FARGO (KFGO) – The Red River Valley SWAT Team assisted the Fargo Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit with a high-risk, knock-and-announce search warrant at 2624 35th Ave. South in Fargo, shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday.
This collaborative effort resulted in the arrest of Dustin Troy Hagman for the following warrants issued by different jurisdictions:
- Domestic Violence Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief (Ramsey County, ND).
- Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Violent Felon, Reckless Endangerment – Extreme Indifference Domestic Violence, Domestic Violence Assault – Substantial Bodily Injury and Menacing – Domestic Violence (Burke County, ND).
- Order of Revocation of Bail (Burke County, ND).
The SWAT Team utilized a Flash Sound Diversionary Device (FSDD) to create a loud bang and bright flash of light during entry. An FSDD intends to create a distraction for the suspects to allow the officers to perform tasks that may put them in danger, unbeknownst to the suspects.
There were no injuries in this arrest.
