FARGO (KFGO) – Downtown Fargo will see another major mixed-use development project, on Main Ave.
Epic Companies has purchased Gateway Center and is planning a condo, apartment and business complex at the site which now includes Fryin’ Pan Restaurant, a clinic, surgery center and law firm.
Epic says the current building will eventually be replaced once development plans are finalized. The project is planned in phases with work beginning next summer on residential and commercial space followed by a second round of construction in 2021 that will include condos, apartments and additional business and entertainment space.
The total cost of the project is estimated at between $70-million and $120-million.
