Fargo man admits to getting dead relative’s Social Security benefits

NORTH DAKOTA (KFGO) – A Fargo man pleads guilty to getting more than $52,000 from a dead relative’s social security benefits.

Thirty-four-year-old Zachary Femling didn’t tell the Social Security Administration of his relative’s death and got the money over four-and-a-half years.

Sentencing is set for January.
