Jamie Lee Voelker (Cottwood County Sheriff's Office)
WINDOM, Minn. (Learfield) – A Cottonwood County court sentenced a man for killing his own mother in Windom.
Jamie Lee Voelker was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison for his role in the July 2025 shooting death of his mother, and a break-in of a neighbor’s residence.
Voelker plead guilty to second degree murder and first-degree burglary.
