GRAND FORKS COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) – A suspect is saved from a burning vehicle after a dangerous chase in Grand Forks County.
Officers found a vehicle stolen from the drum bar and grill around 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 3 on the 1500 block of Washington Street in Grand Forks.
Police ended a chase after officers say the driver endangered them, other drivers and pedestrians.
Deputies later found the vehicle and starting a chase entering a farm.
A PIT maneuver was done on the 1100 block of Highway 81 where the vehicle went into the ditch, rolled and caught fire.
Eighteen-year-old Levi Rose was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, fleeing and reckless endangerment.
