FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Municipal Court is temporarily relocating to the Fargo Civic Center.
The city says the relocation is necessary because of structural concerns with the parking garage underneath the municipal court building at 402 NP Ave.
The relocation goes into effect Monday, services will be located on the second floor of the Civic Center. Anyone with scheduled court appearances should appear as scheduled unless told otherwise. Court hearings, payments and record services will be offered at the new location.
The Ground Transportation Center also had to be relocated earlier this month due to similar structural concerns, those services are now offered at the former Downtown Engagement Center at 222 4th St N in downtown Fargo.
