OAKES, N.D. (KFGO) – A man is facing felony reckless endangerment charges after waving a gun around during a fight at a bar in Oakes, North Dakota.
Court documents say on Tuesday night at about 11:20 p.m., Anthony Fisher joined an ongoing fight between two customers at the Angry Beaver Bar and pulled out a gun, waving it at other customers including an out-of-town slow-pitch softball team. Fisher allegedly later pointed the gun at other people in the bar, as customers asked him to put the gun away.
The owner of the bar forced everyone to leave before closing down the bar for the night. The next morning the owner reported the fight to the Dickey County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers watched surveillance footage of the incident and issued an arrest warrant. Fisher was arrested Thursday and taken to the Stutsman County Jail.
