60-year-old Fargo bar has new ownership

FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A nearly 60-year-old Fargo bar has a new owner.

Duffy’s Tavern, at the intersection of Main Avenue and University Drive, has been purchased by attorney Collin Poolman and a new ownership group, Duffy’s LLC.

The bar first opened in 1967. The previous owner, Duane Litton, purchased the bar in 2006.

The new owner says he has no plans to make changes at Duffy’s. This is the 28-year-old Poolman’s first attempt at bar ownership.
