HUTCHINSON, Minn. (KFGO) – A Little Falls pastor has been charged with sexually abusing a young child for years while living in Hutchinson.
David Demenge, 33, faces multiple counts of first-and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to the complaint, Hutchinson police were contacted in January by a witness who reported the abuse of a young girl. The child told investigators that when she was under the age of seven, Demenge punished her and a sibling by forcing them to take cold showers. She said Demenge would watch her shower and then touch her inappropriately.
She said the abuse took place at least ten times between 2013 and 2018.
