GARDNER, N.D. (KFGO) — A man was arrested for gross sexual imposition this morning after a large police presence in Gardner.
The Cass County Sheriffs Office responded to a home for a reported sexual assault around 4:45 a.m Tuesday morning. The juvenile female victim was outside when deputies arrived. The suspect was inside and would not comply with law enforcement. Deputies set up a perimeter while waiting for warrants to be ordered.
34-year-old Kaleb Chase walked out of the home around 7:30, and was arrested. He is in the Cass County Jail. The sheriff’s office is investigating.
