EAGAN, Minn. – Police in Eagan say a man is under arrest in a deadly pedestrian hit-and-run crash.
A 40-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle early Saturday and found unconscious and not breathing. She died of her injuries in the hospital.
The suspect vehicle was located late Saturday night, and the driver was taken into custody. Investigators say he admitted to driving at the time of the crash.
