FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) – A Fargo man is in custody after a domestic violence incident in north Fargo.
The Fargo Police Department responded to a report of domestic violence in the 2700 block of 10th Avenue North just after 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13. Officers tried to arrest Ethan Erickson, 28, but say he refused to come out of the building.
The Red River SWAT Team was activated and arrested Erickson. He is in the Cass County Jail on charges of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing and domestic violence.
One person suffered minor injuries but declined additional medical attention.
